1. Final Sale Stipulation
Please note that all purchases made through the Hyggeiio storefront are considered final. Our business operates under a strict no-returns and no-exchanges policy. The sole operational exception to this mandate applies to home decor items that arrive with a proven manufacturing defect, or in the event that our warehouse mistakenly dispatches an incorrect product.
2. Quality Flaws and Transit Damage
We conduct thorough quality control inspections before packaging and sealing your items. Nevertheless, if a piece from our collection arrives broken, structurally flawed, or differs from your invoice, you must notify our customer service team right away. We pledge to handle your situation fairly and transparently.
To safeguard your eligibility for a resolution, you are required to inspect your package immediately upon receipt and submit a formal claim within seven (7) calendar days of the tracked delivery date.

- A clear, written explanation detailing the physical damage or defect.
- High-quality photographs or video media clearly showcasing the flaw, breakage, or incorrect item.
Our management team will thoroughly review the provided digital evidence. Resolutions are determined on an individual, case-by-case basis. Depending on the severity of the issue, we may authorize a complimentary replacement, a partial credit, or a full financial refund.
3. Refund Processing
If a partial or full refund is granted as your designated remedy, the authorized amount will be routed back exclusively to the original credit card or payment method utilized during checkout. You can generally expect the funds to reflect in your account within 7 to 12 business days. Please be aware that the exact timeline is ultimately dictated by your specific banking institution's processing speeds.
4. Exchange Policy
Hyggeiio does not process traditional exchanges for different styles, colors, or alternative items. We only authorize direct replacements for the exact same variant if the original piece was verified as damaged or defective upon arrival through our official claim process.
5. Unauthorized Return Shipments
Customers must never ship any decor items back to our corporate headquarters or fulfillment centers without explicit written authorization from a Hyggeiio support agent. To qualify for a return or replacement, a formal digital claim must first be submitted and approved.
Any package returned to our facilities autonomously, without prior authorization, will be categorically refused at the receiving dock. Hyggeiio accepts no liability, custody, or financial responsibility—and will not issue any refunds or replacements—for unapproved return shipments.
